I recently stayed at Holywell Grange Farm in Whitley Bay for a few nights with my family. We were amazed by the stunning grounds and convenient location. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Despite the owner not being present, he personally called me to guide us through the check-in process, and his son-in-law warmly greeted us upon arrival. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere made us feel right at home. Additionally, the owner's offer to show my daughters his horses added a special touch to our stay.

As women travelling alone, we felt safe and comfortable at Holywell Grange Farm. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing us with a taxi number and even giving us a lift in the morning. The room was cosy and private, and we loved meeting the horses and friendly dogs on the farm.

Felt like a home away from home, with nothing too much trouble.
