homelands surpassed our expectations in every way. from the stunning bedrooms and high-quality fixtures, to the delightful hosts and their helpfulness, everything was perfect. we especially loved having our own lounge and outside space, as well as access to a utility room and kitchen. the cooked-to-order breakfasts were the cherry on top. already planning our next visit!

Small issue with one facility.

I recently stayed at a lovely guesthouse called Homelands and had a truly enjoyable experience. The warm welcome from the host made me feel right at home. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the furnishings were of high quality and modern. The spacious bedroom had a comfortable bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large bath and walk-in shower. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, with options like a full English or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. The communal living room and beautiful garden with fruit trees, vegetable patch, pond, chickens. The host was also very helpful, suggesting activities for rainy days and recommending great restaurants in the area. I highly recommend Homelands as a base for your adventures in the region.

We stayed at Homelands B&B for a weekend getaway and were thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail was incredible, from the luxury china in which we enjoyed our meals, to the organic produce and homemade honey from the establishment's bees. The quiet location was perfect for a peaceful retreat, and the clean and comfortable room had everything we needed. Eric and Nikki were friendly hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The delicious breakfast with a wide range of high-quality, locally sourced options was the cherry on top. We left feeling spoiled and would happily return to this lovely home.

The hotel's location down the pristine garden made it a peaceful and idyllic retreat just a short stroll away from the town centre of Cheltenham. The cleanliness of this place was impeccable, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, providing excellent service and making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast offered here was delicious and satisfying, providing a great start to the day.

We were a big group of friends and loved the spotlessly clean rooms, beautiful garden, and great location. The hosts, Erik and Nikki, were welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden for dinner. The room was cozy and had a comforting layout. Homelands provided a calming and rejuvenating stay that we would highly recommend.
