We had an excellent experience at the charming Homestead Stables. Les, our welcoming host, provided great communication, ensuring a smooth arrival. The cozy and well-equipped cottage was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The rural location was peaceful, yet still close to nearby attractions. We enjoyed a pleasant walk to two lovely pubs in the area. Les and Janice, the owners, went above and beyond, even leaving a thoughtful welcome package of bread, milk, tea. We felt right at home and would definitely return.

our second stay in market lavington surpassed all expectations. homestead stables provided a spotless and secure environment, complete with a thoughtful welcome pack. the wood burner and well-equipped cottage made for a cozy and comfortable stay. kudos to the accommodating hosts for their warm welcome and attention to detail.

Low ceilings in the bedroom were a minor inconvenience.

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was peaceful and the staff were welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. The amenities, such as the hot tub and common room, were a nice touch and added to the overall experience.

The hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The location is ideal, being just a short car drive away from attractions like Longleat Safari Park. The accommodation is even better than advertised, with a safe and peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing guests to cook like they are at home and the WiFi connection is reliable. There are also two lovely pubs within a 15-minute walk.

The bathroom being located downstairs may be inconvenient for those with mobility problems.
