Plus, the village itself was absolutely charming.

The cottage had everything we needed. Comfy bed, clean and tidy. Bonus of a pub next door, but no rowdy late-night customers. Fabulous village walks, highly recommend!

Although there was a slight inconvenience with the smell of egg in some of the glassware, it was quickly resolved by giving them a thorough wash. Apart from that minor issue, our stay was flawless.
