Great location, 5 min walk to hotspots. Friendly owners, maybe a bit too attentive. Spotless room, double bed, bunk bed, en-suite bathroom. Ideal for an overnight stay near the seafront.

The hotel's location was fantastic, being close to the beach and all the attractions. The staff were wonderful and made our stay very enjoyable. They were so nice to us and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room we had was small, but the shower was excellent with great water flow. The hosts even offered us tea and coffee when we missed breakfast. The friendliness of the proprietors really made our stay special.

The seagulls in the area kept waking us up, but unfortunately, there was nothing anyone could do about this problem.

Even though I missed breakfast due to a late night, the staff kindly offered me some toast and juice. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention to detail. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. it was a brilliant experience with fantastic hosts and in an excellent location.

There was some noise from outside revellers on Saturday night, but it didn't bother me as I was out walking.

The hotel's location was perfect, being close to Blackpool Tower, Coral Island, and the coach station. We were able to park right out front and move our car to a nearby car park across the road with ease. The staff was friendly and reminded us to move our car in the morning. The breakfast room had a great atmosphere, with everyone chatting together. The room itself was clean and had all the necessary amenities. this hotel was a well-oiled machine and we would definitely recommend it for its location and friendly staff.

Conveniently located for Blackpool attractions, the host was welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Easy access to tram for other areas. Would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is in the center and close to the bus station. It is also just across the road from Coral Island, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and had everything I needed, including a kettle and tea. The owners were very friendly and even helped me with my luggage. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had a good shower.

The shower did not work during my stay. Despite daily complaints, the issue was not resolved, leaving me without a proper shower for the entirety of my stay. It was disappointing that on-site facilities were not available, and the lack of response from the owners was frustrating. my experience was positive, but the lack of working shower was a notable drawback.
