the owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly, providing us with helpful local tips that made our vacation even better. the breakfast options were superb, with a special diet menu available that was among the best we've ever had. the room was spacious, bright, and always kept immaculately clean. the location was ideal for a short visit, within walking distance to the beach and not far from the city center.

The only slight downside was that the hotel is a bit of a walk from the center of Boscombe, but the peaceful location more than made up for it. It could be improved by offering a shuttle service to the city center who prefer not to walk.

We recently stayed at this cute, super clean and tidy hotel and it was without a doubt the best we've been in! the hospitality provided by Mel and Matt was great and they gave us lots of useful local knowledge. the breakfast was phenomenal, with lots of options to choose from, and the quality of the bacon and sausage was really good. the pancakes were absolutely amazing. We also appreciated the included parking.

The noise from the road in the front-facing room we were allocated. It meant that we couldn't have the window open at night, which was a bit disappointing.

The staff was kind enough to recommend some local restaurants, which turned out to be spot on.
