The staff at Hotel Brooklyn were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel right at home. The reception staff were fantastic and the bar tenders were great as well. They really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Ridiculously comfortable beds and very soft sheets. Lovely staff, from reception to bar and dining to cleaning. Beautifully quiet room with great soundproofing. 24-hour reception and security at night for added security. an excellent hotel.

We stayed here for a birthday getaway and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. The room had a lovely layout, plenty of plug sockets, and a smart TV. The bathroom had a rainforest shower and toiletries from The White Company. Room service allowed us to order drinks without food. The included breakfast was delivered to our room and was tasty. Checking out was simple with self-serve counters.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in the center of the city, allowing us to easily access all the attractions and amenities of Manchester. We were just a short 10-minute walk away from the bustling city center, where we found plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The room itself was exactly what we needed, stylishly designed and well-equipped. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel had excellent facilities, such as a restaurant that catered to dietary needs and allergies.

There was a lack of extras in the room, considering the high price we paid for it.

The complementary breakfast and cocktail at check-in were a great start to the new year celebrations. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the excitement. the hotel had a great atmosphere and the room was stylish with all the necessary amenities.

The kitchen was under renovation and room service was not available, which was not informed during check-in. the bar service was also disappointing as we were told to take a seat and waited for 25 minutes but no one came, leaving us without our last cocktail of the night.

We stayed in this place for a weekend break and it was a great experience. The location is very close to the centre, only a 10-minute walk, and near many bars and restaurants. The room was stylish, very clean, and had many amenities such as a TV, electric kettle, and sitting area. The bed was comfortable, and the linen was of excellent quality. The hotel staff, from reception to management, were friendly and provided great customer service.
