Great facilities in a converted building with loads of character. One of the very few top-notch N/c restaurants for decor, ambience, and food. the free upgrade we received on our honeymoon was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic Sunday brunch.

Limited parking without clear markings, leading to inconsiderate parking. the bed in the room was a double, which was surprising for a modern hotel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was stunning, with a beautiful view of the bridges and a spacious, well-appointed bathroom. We also loved the little touches like the welcome drink and the high-quality toiletries provided. The service was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping and room service available whenever we needed it. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to others.

We had a great city break in Newcastle and loved our stay at this hotel. the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathtub to relax in. the staff were helpful and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the views of the river were a nice bonus.

The hotel had some light pollution from the nearby road, which made it difficult for my husband to sleep. the water pressure in the shower diminished when the hot water was turned up.

The room I stayed in was beautifully arranged, with stylish furniture and a spacious bath/shower. I loved the natural light and fresh air provided by the windows. The hotel's decor and toiletries were also a highlight for me. The courtyard was a lovely addition, and the food in the restaurant was fantastic. I can't wait to stay at Hotel Du Vin again and explore more of the area.

The breakfast was delicious, with perfectly poached eggs benedict. a truly amazing hotel experience!

Another amazing stay at Hotel Du Vin. Perfect from start to finish as always. We had room Gaunhaim which had an amazing view of the bridges, making it extra special as a native Geordie visiting for Xmas. The charming setting in a wonderful old building added to the unique experience. Our room, a superior double with a mezzanine, was beautiful and well-equipped with a coffee machine. Breakfast choice was exceptional, with a cold buffet and hot food made to order. The location was ideal, allowing for a leisurely walk to the train station and city centre, passing by the outdoor quay market on Sundays.

We stayed at a hotel close to the Quayside and the city centre. the location was great because we could easily explore the city from there. the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. our room had both a bath and a shower which was a plus.
