The Elizabeth in Sidmouth had a great location and amazing staff. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The room had interesting decor and was functional. The restaurant served good food and the atmosphere was pleasant.

We had an excellent three night break at The Elizabeth. We booked last minute for our anniversary and were happy with our 'compact' double room. The French windows leading to a balcony with a perfect sea view made up for the room size. The room and shower room were immaculate, with everything cleverly arranged. We loved the daily supply of water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits. The food quality was impressive, with a great menu selection for vegetarians. The staff were young, charming, and very helpful. We would definitely return and stay in room 25 again.

I had a really enjoyable three-night stay at The Elizabeth. The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautifully clean, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast with its hot toast and teapot service. The hotel's position right on the seafront was wonderful, and the views were unbeatable. a fantastic stay and I hope to return.

Parking was a hassle.

This place offers a fantastic sea view and the bed is very comfy. The spacious room has pleasant furnishing and the bathroom is tastefully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast that was well presented and reasonably priced. The staff, especially Max and Olivia, were friendly and helpful. the location on the seafront is spectacular.
