our romantic weekend in london could not have been better. indigo exceeded our expectations with a stylish and comfy room upgrade. the staff, especially anna, were incredibly helpful and the rooftop bar/restaurant was buzzing with a fantastic menu. definitely our go-to place in leicester square.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this place. It is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the tourist attractions. The service provided by the staff, from room service to housekeeping, was impeccable. They were attentive, and even provided a complimentary welcome drink. The room was spacious and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. Despite being in a busy area, the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff was very knowledgeable, offering tours and ticket assistance for exploring the city.

I highly recommend this place to anyone.

The noise from the square can be bothersome, especially if your room faces the square.

The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Additionally, we enjoyed the rooftop bar, which offered a great view of the city.

The buffet was expensive and didn't allow us to order a la carte items without an additional payment. This made us feel that the breakfast wasn't worth the money.
