The Kylestrome was a great value for money with a well-decorated, newly refurbished room and a comfortable bed. The location was convenient, just a short walk into town. The staff provided excellent customer service with attentive care and great local knowledge. Free parking was a bonus too.

Breakfast choices could be improved by ensuring clean windows and removing bird droppings for a more enjoyable dining experience.

Comfortable stay, with a lovely monsoon shower and a cozy seating area. The bed was extremely comfortable and the facilities were great, including a coffee machine and plenty of plugs. No check-in process was a nice change, and the key code system was convenient. a pleasant stay at a recommended hotel.

Had a great Christmas at this hotel! Loved the spacious and clean rooms, especially the comfortable beds and the TV. the location was perfect, right in the center of town. Enjoyed the excellent restaurant and bar on site.

There were a few issues during our stay. the door to enter the hotel was broken, which meant it was left open all night.
