The room was great value for money and spotlessly clean. The hotel's location was perfect, within easy walking distance of both the train station and the quay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was a wonderful luxury to relax in after a long journey.

The breakfast option could have been improved with a wider selection of pastries or baked goods.

The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and there was a good variety of options available. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The stair and corridor leading to the rooms were a bit gloomy and could do with some redecoration to create a lighter and more welcoming atmosphere.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The location of this hotel is perfect, set in a quiet area just off the main road which runs along the coast. It's also conveniently located near restaurants and other amenities. The hotel offers a range of services such as room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry. We particularly enjoyed the welcome drink and the assistance provided by the staff for tours and tickets. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. We also loved spending time on the terrace and patio, which had comfortable garden furniture. this was a luxurious and comfortable hotel with top-notch service.

The hotel had complementary Wi-Fi and parking which was great for me as I was on a business trip and needed to be connected to the internet, and had to drive around Penzance. the hotel was located near the town center and some famous attractions which saved me some time. the hotel view was breathtaking, especially during breakfast, as I could see the sea and the horizon.

My room was not clean enough and needed more attention, especially regarding the bathroom. There was visible mould in the shower, and the bed was uncomfortable and lumpy.
