The hotel's good location and friendly staff make up for issues like having to wait for deposits and cleanliness concerns. Room was nicely done with comfy bed and key code entry system. Helpful staff swapped room for mobility issues. Turkish restaurant below was a plus. Additional towels would be helpful for longer stays.

Located near a city landmark. Dance comp nearby was a breeze with this location. the spaciousness of the room made it feel like a grand ballroom. the motion lights in the bathroom gave a touch of paparazzi glamour. It felt like we were the stars of the show.

Spotty WiFi reception.

Attending my daughter's dance competition at King George’s Hall, the centrally located hotel was perfect. Modern and spacious, it felt safe with motion detection lights. the room was clean, well-equipped with a nice bathroom and ample hot water. Friendly reception staff guided us. Free off-street parking was convenient.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money with a modern, spacious room and fantastic amenities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and public facilities. The staff, especially Zain, were friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The location was perfect for us, as it was right across the road from the event we were attending. Additionally, there were plenty of other facilities nearby, such as the leisure center, cinema, shopping center, and pubs. The hotel itself was clean and had great facilities, including an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kettle set, and a massive TV in our modern and spacious room. The staff were friendly and efficient, particularly Zain, who quickly resolved a small issue we had upon arrival. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the use of digital keypads. We also couldn't resist ordering takeout from the amazing Turkish restaurant next door, which was delicious and reasonably priced.

We had a pleasant stay at a conveniently located property with friendly staff. the bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size, equipped with modern amenities like a shower, tea/coffee facilities, and a TV with Netflix. We appreciated having a desk, and the location was ideal, with shopping centers, train stations, and restaurants all within a 10-minute walk. there were recreational facilities like an ice arena, swimming pool, and cinema nearby.

We had a fantastic stay at Rafay! the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV with Netflix, a desk, and tea/coffee facilities. the host, Zain, was extremely helpful and resolved a minor issue we had right away. the room itself was modern and exceeded our expectations, with a comfortable bed and a large window that let in lots of natural light. the location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping centers, train stations, and restaurants. We even found a great Turkish restaurant right next door.

The location of the hotel was great, with the King George's Hall nearby and being in a good position for exploring the area. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, something that can be hard to find in most places. The overall style of the hotel was inviting, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

One negative aspect was that there were bags of rubbish in the hall, which created an unpleasant first impression upon arrival.

My recent stay at Hotel Rafay was a pleasant surprise. the newly renovated rooms were comfortable and modern, exceeding my expectations for the price. the receptionist, Muruvet, was a total gem, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was ideal, with King Georges Hall just across the road and other facilities like the leisure center, cinema, and shopping center within a short walk. the Turkish restaurant next door was a highlight, serving amazing food. Special thanks to Zain for his quick assistance and charming demeanor. a great experience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shopping center and college. The room was clean and well-maintained with lovely furnishings and a nice en suite. The staff, especially Zain, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They sorted out a small issue quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. The electronic keypads for check-in and check-out were efficient.
