Stayed over Christmas and despite a slight delay with the heating, the room eventually warmed up. The staff did their best to accommodate the issue. The surrounding area was beautiful and added to the holiday charm. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed here during a business trip and I have to say, it was a lovely hotel. the individually styled rooms were a highlight and gave it a unique touch. the stunning location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, with easy access to the Peak District. the breakfast was excellent and gave me the perfect start for a busy day.

The bathroom. No shower, just a bath and sink, and the water supply was very slow, making it difficult to fill the bath to a good depth.
