We were blown away by the breathtaking sea views from our upgraded room with a large bay window. Listening to the soothing sounds of the sea and wind at night was truly enchanting. The room, though a little dated, had a comfortable bed and even had a coffee machine, fridge with fresh milk and water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the waitress who went above and beyond for my gluten intolerance. The chef's seafood menu was outstanding, and we can't wait to try the taster menu next time. The hotel's location was unbeatable, and we enjoyed the lovely outside spaces and the cozy snug area. I highly recommend this fantastic scenic hotel for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel was a bit noisy, especially on the upper floor where we stayed. We could hear creaking floorboards from the people above us, which was quite annoying.

The restaurant served delicious meals made with local ingredients, and the service was excellent. my experience here was truly memorable and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were exceptional, especially Alfred who was always there to assist us. the room was upgraded and we loved the wet room style bathroom. the views were fantastic, and even though our room had a brick wall view, we enjoyed the beautiful coastal path views instead. the location was perfect for exploring the South West Coast Path, and the breakfast options were superb.

The hotel is located on top of the cliffs, right on the South West Coastal path, offering stunning views of the surrounding scenery. The rooms are spotlessly clean and although some may be small, they serve their purpose well. The staff is generally pleasant and helpful, and the restaurant serves incredible food. The breakfast, although with a small hiccup on one occasion, is delicious and satisfying. the hotel provides a beautiful location, comfortable rooms, and excellent dining options.

The reception isn't permanently manned during the day, occasionally causing delays when guests need assistance.

the hotel is conveniently located near a great pub and a nice restaurant, making it easy to find good food and drinks nearby. the staff at the hotel were also friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service.

the room I booked did not match the one I was given, and the bathroom was quite small and cramped. the furniture in the room was outdated and could use some updating.

We were pleasantly surprised by the stunning panoramic view from our room. The four-poster bed added a touch of luxury to our stay, and the sea view was absolutely breathtaking. The meal we had at the Fallowfield restaurant was delicious, and we appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a "Happy anniversary" plate with chocolates. The breakfast was also top-notch, with high-quality food that left us wanting more. The hotel truly provided a much-needed tonic for our souls. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable celebration weekend.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking with stunning vistas over the cove. the staff members were exceptional with their service - friendly and accommodating. the food was delicious and they offered a great selection of dishes to choose from.

We stayed in a room with impressive views of the bay, right on the cliff edge. The location was perfect, as we were close to Kynance Cove and the friendly town of Lizard. We enjoyed walking along the coastal path, which was conveniently accessible from the hotel.
