We had a warm welcome at Summer's Bay, a great location with no parking problems. the room was initially cold, but the radiator quickly made it cosy. Our standard room had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, and a cookie. the small shower room and toilet were sufficient. the cooked breakfast was delicious, with plenty of cereals, juice, and fruits. We enjoyed staying in at night, enjoying a few drinks at reasonable prices. the owners, David and Amy, went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay. They are working hard to make improvements to the property. We look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located in the centre of Rothesay, just a short stroll from the ferry terminal, making it easy to find. The hotel's lovely beer garden on the sea-front, almost opposite the pier, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. The rooms are well-equipped and some even have a private balcony, offering stunning views of the area.

Upon arriving at Summer's Bay, I was delighted to find that my room had been prepared early for check-in. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, with sweeping coastal views just steps away. The room itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast served each morning was simply delicious, offering a variety of options to suit all tastes. The owners were incredibly hospitable and made me feel warmly welcomed throughout my stay. Despite the small inconvenience of a cramped room, the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend Summer's Bay for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast was tasty and served promptly and the bedding was clean and comfortable. the hotel was located near the centre of town and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. An extra bonus was the availability of parking at the hotel.

The hotel did not meet our expectations. the room was extremely basic and lacked any special amenities.

The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the comfortable beds. The location in Rothesay is fantastic, with a lovely beer garden that provides a great view of the bay. The proximity to the ferry terminal and the sea-front is very convenient for exploring the center of Rothesay.

I got great value for my money at Summer's Bay. The room was just what I needed and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect, overlooking the water with a lovely sun patio and bar. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel most welcome.

I had a fantastic stay at a welcoming and comfortable hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even offered us a free room upgrade upon arrival and were flexible with breakfast times. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable with two pillows per guest. The breakfast selection was excellent, with tasty food and plenty of options. The hotel's bar added a lively touch without any noise issues. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

the breakfast was exceptional, with fresh ingredients and quick service. the friendly host accommodated all of our requests. the room was great value for money and perfect for our one-night stay. the location was also ideal, just a short walk into Rothesay town. We enjoyed exploring the island, particularly visiting Mt Stuart and taking a walk to Port Bannatyne. I was impressed by the new owners' plans for refurbishment over the winter months. it was a fantastic experience.

Excellent breakfast, delicious and cooked to order with options for cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Friendly and welcoming host. Spectacular views of the sea from the front room and beer garden. Comfortable and homely hotel with spotless rooms. Buffet prepared for wedding night was out of this world. The evening pub hosted by Dave and Amy is a great opportunity to meet people. Thoughtful gesture of providing printed photos of our boat trip.
