Lovely guesthouse with friendly staff. Very clean throughout. Excellent location for the seafront, shops, and cafes. Great choice of breakfast. Comfy beds and nice linen. Replacement refreshments everyday. As young families, we loved the box of toys in the living room and the beautifully decorated bedroom with bunk beds.

This budget hotel is conveniently located close to the seafront, making it easy to access attractions and enjoy the beautiful beach. The rooms are warm, cosy, and well-presented, with a back yard area that our dog loved. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. The hotel also offers free car parking and early breakfast service.

The air fresheners in the reception area were a bit strong, and there was a slight smell of drains or damp in the bathroom.

I recently stayed at this charming Victorian-themed bed and breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely pleasant and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was tastefully decorated and impeccably clean, as was the bathroom. The dining room was beautifully furnished and the breakfast served was superb. The adjacent lounge, though I didn't use it, appeared comfortable and inviting. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the town center and offers ample free parking.

The garden room at Howarth House was absolutely brilliant! We loved the privacy and found the room to be clean and comfortable. The outside space was a lovely bonus. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in St Annes. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, greeting me with a warm welcome. The room I stayed in was beautiful and well-presented, with all the amenities I needed. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to explore the shops, bars, and restaurants in the area. It's also just a short walk from the beach, which was perfect for my dog Nina to enjoy. The breakfast offered a nice selection, including a cooked option, and the staff were always available to assist with any inquiries.

I got great value for my money at Howarth House. The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The location was perfect and the staff treated me like family.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better at Howarth House would be to have more vegetarian options.
