The food was enjoyable, including breakfast. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room had beautiful decoration and a comfortable bed. The leisure facilities were a great addition. All the staff seemed happy and welcoming. The function room did not disturb the stay. The restaurant had excellent food, although it was not as well cooked on the second night. The hospitality was amazing, with a friendly and accommodating manager. The hotel had a relaxed and nice vibe. Meals were served within a good time scale.

The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. the room was comfortable and clean, with good amenities like a TV and tea/coffee making facilities. the food, both breakfast and dinner, was really good. the swimming pool was a nice bonus and great for a relaxing swim.

The shower was a bit too strong, it felt like standing under Niagara Falls! the bathroom layout was also a bit strange, with a small toilet area and a wide basin area.

The hotel was really nice, with a scenic drive to get there. The room was clean, comfortable, and great value for money. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The bar prices were great and the on-site spa was a bonus.
