Staff were very attentive. the room was exceptionally comfortable and impeccably clean with very superior sheets, duvet and pillows. the hotel had a professional, luxurious, and relaxing atmosphere. A superb place to stay. the staff's compassion and creativity made the electric vehicle charging issue manageable, despite the high cost. the breakfast offering could be improved with additional choices like granola, and more clarity on the breakfast policy would be beneficial. the kind gesture of a refund was appreciated. the hotel's relaxation amenities enhanced our experience; the serene garden area and sun terrace were delightful for unwinding with the family. Nearby landmarks such as Hurley Lock and Marlow Bridge added to the overall charm and provided opportunities for quality family bonding through exploration.

Cannot say enough good things about my Christmas experience at this hotel! the food was absolutely amazing, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our holiday was perfect. the location was also great - just a short walk to some lovely shops and cafes. Another aspect I loved was the cozy atmosphere - it felt like we were staying at a close friend’s home.

The noise that could be heard from the kitchen and other areas late at night and in the early morning. However, this did not detract from the overall experience and I would definitely come back again!
