The room was clean and beautifully decorated, making for a comfortable stay. The gym was convenient and the nearby park provided a great place for a run. The front desk team, especially Judy, were welcoming and helpful. The location, although a bit far from the center, was peaceful and easily accessible by public transport or rideshare. The coffee at reception and at the local bakery were amazing. a decent hotel for the price.

I was disappointed to find that there was no hand soap in the bathroom and the TV signal was not very good. Additionally, the lack of a hair dryer initially and inconsistent knowledge from the staff was frustrating.

The hotel was difficult to find and not well signposted, especially the underground car park. There was also a lack of cleanliness in some areas, such as the un-vacuumed areas of the carpet.

The staff is enthusiastic and welcoming, providing a warm reception. Guests can enjoy a variety of amenities, such as a well-equipped gym and extended lounge areas. Public transportation is easily accessible, with buses running frequently in the area.

hyatt centric in cambridge exceeded my expectations with their well-designed and stylish rooms, comfortable furnishings, and extended lounge areas. the gym, although small, was a pleasant surprise with a good range of dumbbells. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the sustainable features were a definite plus. despite being located outside the city center, the hotel offers one of the largest and most comfortable rooms i've stayed in.

Traveling to Cambridge for a few days, I stayed at Hyatt Centric. The location was perfect, providing easy access to the city. The room had a great style, spacious and not cluttered. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the large rooms that provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. If the price was a bit lower, I would definitely stay here again. Don't forget to prebook your parking space!
