We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in West London. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Antonello Cuglietta, who went above and beyond to assist with our needs. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the dinner offered great value for money. We particularly enjoyed the special two-course meal for £15, with the red curry being a standout dish. The location was convenient for traveling into Central London, with a bus stop opposite the hotel. we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and good dining options.

Please note that although we did not encounter any cons during our stay, it is worth mentioning that only one lift was working and it made getting to our room on the 9th floor a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not detract from our overall positive experience.

The location was convenient, especially for those looking to explore Southall, England's 'Little India', with its abundance of Halal and Indian/Pakistani restaurants. We also appreciated the option for parking and found it easy to get around with convenient transportation options nearby.

Was all great.

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. The location was convenient, with easy access from the M40 and close to Uxbridge tube station for traveling into central London. The beds were comfortable and the shower was big. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially on the hottest day of the year. The price was also very reasonable for London.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the gym facilities were small but never crowded. the breakfasts were excellent with a wide selection of options to choose from.

The soundproofing in the rooms was not up to par, and I could hear noise from other guests, especially when there were groups staying at the hotel. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was quite disruptive, knocking on my door early in the morning to clean and even after I had already checked out.

In terms of negatives, the lifts could use some improvement as they were sometimes unreliable. However, this is a minor issue and doesn't overshadow the overall great experience I had at this hotel.
