the location was perfect, right next to Hyde Park. the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. the beautiful building had 6 storeys, but there was no lift. this was not an issue for us. the apartments were well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay. the studio layout was spacious and tastefully decorated, extending into the stylishly designed bathroom. the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our personal requests, ensuring that our stay was exceptional. Alaa, in particular, made sure that we had the best experience possible.

The check-in process was hassle-free and the staff were very helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the tube station and close to lots of restaurants and attractions.

The cleaning service was not up to par. Despite being told it would be done every 3 days, it only happened twice during our 12-night stay.

Upon arriving at Msk Premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The building itself was tastefully decorated and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to public transportation, parks, shops, and restaurants.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as the smaller room size and the lack of a lift, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The smaller room may be a squeeze for a family of four, but for me as a solo traveler, it was perfectly fine.
