Our stay at Msk Premium was incredible. The location was perfect, right next to Hyde Park. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful upon our arrival. The beautiful building had 6 storeys, but there was no lift. However, this was not an issue for us. The apartments were well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay. The studio layout was spacious and tastefully decorated, extending into the stylishly designed bathroom. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our personal requests, ensuring that our stay was exceptional. Alaa, in particular, made sure that we had the best experience possible.

The location was extremely convenient with two nearby metro stations, allowing us to easily explore the city. There were plenty of local food establishments and supermarkets close by, making it easy to find delicious meals and stock up on supplies. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was responsive and helpful, quickly addressing any issues that arose during our stay.

The cleanliness was subpar, as there were multiple hairs on the beds upon arrival. The noise level was unbearable, with constant disturbances from other guests and loud staff.

The room was spacious and equipped with good kitchen facilities. The location of the hotel was great, being close to a major transportation hub and within easy reach of many attractions. the staff promptly addressed my complaint without any hassle.

There were several negative aspects during my stay. the heater in the room was not functioning and despite notifying the reception, nobody came to fix it.

The check-in process was hassle-free and the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the tube station and close to lots of restaurants and attractions. The apartment itself was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

The cleaning service was not up to par. Despite being told it would be done every 3 days, it only happened twice during our 12-night stay.

Upon arriving at Msk Premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The building itself was tastefully decorated and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere during my stay. The location of the hotel was also a major advantage, with easy access to public transportation, parks, shops, and restaurants.

Although there were some drawbacks, such as the smaller room size and the lack of a lift, these did not significantly impact my overall experience. The smaller room may be a squeeze for a family of four, but for me as a solo traveler, it was perfectly fine.

The room was not clean, with a moldy shower and dusty floors. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were thin.

The location is excellent, with the Tube/Bus Station nearby and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the vicinity. The building itself is grand and impressive, adding to the overall experience. The room was clean and had a nice kitchenette facility, perfect for families with children. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had fast free WiFi for added convenience. Despite the heatwave, the room was quiet and comfortable to sleep in. the quality of the room was acceptable for the price paid, considering the prices of hotels in the city.
