The location of this hotel is fantastic! It's nestled in a quaint street, within walking distance to the Bear pub, cozy cafes, and a charming shopping village. the atmosphere is peaceful, and you can hear the birds chirping outside your window. the welcoming owner, Jo, offered me a cup of tea upon arrival, which made me feel right at home. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the garden. the shared kitchen was a nice touch with a selection of breakfast items to enjoy.

One minor improvement could be adding inside handles to the bathroom doors for easier closing. better ventilation or a way to adjust the room temperature would enhance the overall comfort, especially during warmer nights.

We hit up the nearby Glasto and explored the chill vibes of Somerset. Jo was the ultimate host, so chill and welcoming. Comfy beds + cool communal area. the continental breakfast was peng! Location is spot on, easy bus access too!

We'd love a bit more evening entertainment for us party animals!

the super kingsize bed in room 4 was incredibly comfortable, offering a spacious and peaceful retreat. Jo's warm hospitality and attention to detail made me feel like I was visiting a dear friend rather than a B&B. the location was perfect, providing a quiet ambiance yet close to local attractions like a cider farm and Glastonbury. Access to amenities and a cozy atmosphere truly made it a home away from home experience.

The communal kitchen and lounge felt like a cozy home away from home. Jo's warm welcome made me feel like I was visiting a dear friend. I even found myself in a friendly game of Scrabble, feeling right at home with a cup of tea in hand.

The host was super friendly and the room felt really cozy and clean. the shared kitchen had tasty croissants and fresh fruit to grab. I appreciated the beautiful garden area to chill out in but wished there were clearer instructions for using the radiators in the room sometimes. a great spot to crash with a nice vibe and friendly host 👌.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable rooms. The breakfast selection was great, with the option to cook our own cooked breakfast. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent communication.

hygge somerset was a welcoming and cozy stay. from comfy beds to a fabulous kitchen/dining area, everything exceeded my expectations. the host, jo, was exceptional and went out of her way to make our stay special. the breakfast selection was amazing. i will definitely be back!

Our stay at Hygge Somerset was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The host, Jo, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The house itself was cozy and beautifully furnished, creating a sense of tranquility. We loved the flexibility of being able to make our own breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen or enjoy a quick pastry or fruit provided by Jo. The location of the house was perfect, with local shops and Clarks Village nearby, and the area was clean, safe, and peaceful. The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The continental breakfast spread offered a variety of options, including freshly warmed croissants and an array of cereals, juices, teas, and jams. Despite some minor personal preferences, such as the thickness of the pillows, our overall impression of Hygge Somerset was incredibly positive. We would definitely book here again if we're back in the area. I highly recommend this charming bed and breakfast for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The host was friendly and helpful, always there to assist. the bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. the kitchen was well-stocked for breakfast, and there was a nice common room to do some work or plan trips. Plus, the location was perfect for visiting Glastonbury and Wells, only a few minutes away.

The shower room was tiny and poorly maintained, with an uncleanable areas. the towels were still wet the next day.
