Water pressure in the shower could be improved.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, I fell asleep in seconds. the breakfast had a great variety of food and it was of good quality. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the member who stepped out of the hotel to direct us to a nearby restaurant.

The TV couldn't be seen from the desk, which was inconvenient when I wanted to watch a program while eating dinner.

Secondly, the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring a warm welcome and a pleasant stay. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and a great smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of adventuring. Lastly, the breakfast options are delicious, especially the typical English warm dishes that will leave you feeling satisfied and ready for the day ahead.

The only minor flaw was that the window in my room was not properly closing, allowing a bit of street noise to seep in. However, overall, everything was just perfect.

The room I stayed in at Ibis had a broken air conditioning unit which made it uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep. Additionally, there was no iron available even after I requested it from the staff. However, I have to mention that the hotel is conveniently located near Stratford station, and the staff at Ibis London Stratford were incredibly polite and helpful. The room was also clean and the affordable price made it a decent option. I would recommend this hotel, but improvements in room facilities and services are needed.
