Comfortable single beds and adjustable room temperature. Spacious shower cubicle with ample mirrors and good liquid soap dispensers. Large TV in the room that kept the kids entertained. Enjoyed the surprise of the hotel granting our random room photo request. Good-sized room suitable for families, didn't feel cramped. Convenient access to motorways for onward journeys.

I had a great night's sleep. Another advantage was the flexibility of the check-in and check-out times, which was more convenient than most hotels. The parking was also very convenient.

The staff, unfortunately, could do with some customer service training. They also didn't deliver the iron as requested.
