The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly which made the check-in process quick. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation and a nearby supermarket. The room had tea and coffee-making facilities which was a nice addition.

The breakfast was a letdown with limited options, and the room lacked basic amenities like extra pillows, towels, and a fridge. the heating system was not working correctly, and the noise level was high, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

The location was convenient, with Hounslow West Underground and Osterley underground stations nearby, as well as a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The hotel was clean and had modern amenities, including USB chargers in the room and plenty of chargers in the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
