Just returned from a 2 night stay at this hotel. Excellent value, fantastic location, and great staff. the hotel is brand new and has a very sleek bar and restaurant. We were greeted and served by courteous and friendly staff throughout our stay who all went out of their way to help. Our room was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was lovely - although a limited selection there is ample choice, and all of the food was of good quality and well prepared and presented. Particular thanks to the staff who served us on both mornings – they were attentive and friendly and really endeavored to ensure we had everything we required. We will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next trip to Essex. My friends and I had a lit time at the hotel, chilling in the sleek bar and exploring London like total bosses. The staff were friendly and hooked us up with everything we needed, from dope rooms to a bangin' breakfast spread. Cons: Yo, if they could crank up the party vibes a bit more with some sick music or maybe organize a cool hangout spot for us young party animals, it would be next-level awesome! .

Great stay! the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and local shops. the sleek design of the hotel was really impressive and the bar and restaurant were top-notch. the staff were friendly and attentive, always willing to help. the room was spacious, clean and well-equipped, perfect for a relaxing stay. the AC worked well, making for a comfortable experience.

The breakfast options were limited and could be improved. There was also some confusion about parking which could have been communicated better.
