I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Bedfordshire. The location was ideal for my work, as it was conveniently situated near where I needed to be the following day. The hotel was also surrounded by a plethora of international restaurants, making it a food lover's paradise. The staff were incredibly helpful and engaging, providing top-notch service throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as air conditioning, a sitting area, and an in-room safe. I was thoroughly impressed with the overall cleanliness and attention to detail, and I found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable.

The only minor downside was the lack of recognition regarding an issue with my car. Unfortunately, the hotel staff did not offer much assistance or acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a bustling shopping centre where we had booked airport parking for an early flight the next morning. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance to the shopping centre. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. The view from our room was also quite pleasant. it was a great experience.

I did find the air conditioning to be quite noisy and too cold.

Our stay at Icon was fantastic! The décor was absolutely stunning, with a mix of Italian class and Hollywood flair. We were amazed by the unique features like the suspended Fiat 500 and the vesper scooter in the fish tank. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed, including a huge bed and individually controlled air conditioning. The piano bar was a great place to unwind, and the on-site pizzeria served the most amazing hand-made pizzas. The location was perfect for exploring the capital, and the service from the staff, especially Rob, was exceptional. I highly recommend this stylish and modern hotel.

My husband and I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The room was immaculate and provided all the amenities we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the turn down service, which added a touch of luxury to our stay. The hotel staff, particularly Rob, were friendly and ensured that we had a great experience. The hotel is just 5 minutes away from the airport, making it an ideal choice for those with early morning flights. On-road parking in bays is available, easing any worries about finding a parking spot. The hotel's central location in the city center allows for easy exploration of nearby attractions. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are equipped with ample toiletries. The friendly staff provides excellent service and the breakfast has a wide variety of options.

The hotel could benefit from improving the cleanliness of the showers and shower heads in the rooms.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was just a short 5-minute walk to the casino where we had a fantastic evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we were impressed with their level of service. The room was really nice, and we slept really well. The free WiFi and charging ports were a great convenience. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our needs. As solo female travelers, we felt safe and comfortable during our stay.

Our room was very comfortable and we had a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel staff were also accommodating when we had to check out early in the morning. we highly recommend this hotel.

Clean room, comfy bed. Italian-themed lounge and restaurant with antique coffee machine and excellent espresso. Food presentation and taste were perfect. Genuine and friendly staff.
