This place was mind-blowing! The location was super, with easy access to the city center by foot. The directions provided were superb and key access was smooth. The apartment was jaw-droppingly clean and modern, with incredibly comfy beds. All appliances were new and in working order. The nearby shops and secure parking were a bonus. Free wifi, flat-screen TV, and a lift were also provided. No smoking on site. Would recommend!

My stay at the Icona Luxury Apartment was delightful. The property itself was spacious, modern, and incredibly clean. I was impressed by the comfortable furnishings and the ease of using the amenities such as the oven, heating, dishwasher, and shower/bath. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the town centre and grocery stores. Despite being close to a busy junction, I didn't experience any noise from other flats. The communication with the team was excellent, with prompt responses to all my inquiries. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed at a fantastic property close to the city centre with shops nearby. the apartment was excellent - spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. the letting agents were responsive and dealt with any queries effectively. the location was superb, just a 10-minute walk from all the major attractions. the view from the lounge was wonderful, and the convenience of the nearby bus stop made exploring York a breeze. the apartment was well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including nice fluffy bath towels. a great place to stay during my travels.

The apartment can be noisy due to the stomping sounds from the neighbors above in the morning.
