We had a lovely short stay at this luxury country escape. Communication with the host was excellent and they made us feel incredibly welcome. The Lookout itself was spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. The morning views across the fields were breathtaking. Although we couldn't use the pool or garden due to the weather, they looked beautiful. The welcome muffins, eggs, and bread were a delightful touch. we highly recommend The Lookout for a fantastic stay in a perfect location. The only minor drawback was getting a little lost finding the place, so be sure to ask for directions. Nonetheless, this was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect experience.

We had an amazing stay at The Lookout! From the moment we arrived, Lizi made us feel completely welcome. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved having our own private living room and kitchen. The highlight of our stay was definitely the private hot tub - it was such a treat to relax in after a long day. The location was perfect - surrounded by fields and yet just a short walk to the town. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the homemade bread and eggs. We highly recommend The Lookout for a tiptop stay.

The host was caring and informative. Made us mince pies on arrival, couldn't ask for more. The room was huge with our own private living room and kitchen. For the money paid, this place is amazing and I will definitely be coming back with my dog. The host offered to switch on the hot tub even in the winter. Everything we needed, info or anything, we could message the host's personal number and they got back to us in minutes. Great place, better host.

The bed was a bit too soft and well-used for us oldies, but that's being picky.

The location of the property was absolutely phenomenal, with amazing views of the countryside. It was also conveniently close to town, just a few minutes' drive away. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, providing a private and relaxing experience. the fresh bread, eggs, butter, and milk provided on arrival were a lovely touch, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

A few minor issues were noticed during the stay. there was no frying pan available in the kitchen, although it's possible that one could have been provided upon request.
