As a fan of Dorothy Sayers' novels, visiting Kirkcudbright and Newton Stewart was a must during my recent stay at this lovely flat. Gillian, the host, added thoughtful touches like freshly ground coffee and homemade truffles, making me feel truly welcomed. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed were a delight, and the flat's location above Gillian's coffee and chocolate shop was a temptation I couldn't resist. Exploring the specialist shops on King Street and enjoying walks with my dogs in the nearby area were added bonuses. a wonderful stay that I hope to repeat in the future.

We stayed at a lovely cozy flat in the heart of the town. It provided us with a warm and homely atmosphere during our difficult time. The accommodation was immaculately clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The modern bathroom with a big bath was a favorite among the kids. We also enjoyed the views over the street below, perfect for people-watching. The garden was a lovely bonus, and we can imagine it being even better in the summer. A special mention goes to the kind lady in the shop below who greeted us and the delicious chocolates that were a big hit with the children. Thank you for providing us with a sanctuary during a challenging time.

The flat was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the chocolates and fresh coffee left for us were a lovely touch. The outside patio space and garden were also great. The location was convenient for shops, and there was free on-street parking nearby. it was a warm, homely, and comfortable space that provided us with a sanctuary during a difficult time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the In House Garden Flat in Castle Douglas and it was a fantastic experience. The property was incredibly clean and centrally located, making it easy to explore the town. The added bonus of a garden at the back was perfect for enjoying the good weather and escaping any traffic noise. Inside, the flat was warm, cosy, and had all the amenities we needed. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals and the modern bathroom with a deep bath and shower was a nice touch.

The location was great, right in the center of town. It was convenient to have all the shops and supermarkets nearby. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to use.

The flat had several flights of stairs, which may be difficult for some people to climb. Additionally, the second bedroom was quite small and only had a bunk bed, which may not be suitable for some guests.
