The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, right in the center of the city. We were able to easily access the train station and the shops, making our stay incredibly convenient. The staff at the hotel were outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They even offered us an accessible room without any additional charge, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was exceptional, surpassing our expectations. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered storage for our bags after check-out. The restaurant at the hotel served amazing food, and the shower in our room was outstanding.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable and too hard, which led to pain and stiffness the following morning. This could be a major issue for guests with disabilities or chronic pain conditions like mine.

Located directly opposite James Street train station, All Bar One By Innkeeper'S Collection is in a prime location close to the city centre and shops. The rooms are outstanding, with comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness. The staff provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The hotel offers complimentary storage for guests' belongings and even provides mobility scooter storage. The restaurant serves amazing food and the shower in the rooms is outstanding.

This place was honestly fantastic! The location was great, close to the Albert docks and within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were top-notch, very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed including an ironing facility and a flat-screen TV. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were great for relaxing in the evenings. The service and housekeeping were excellent, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. If the price were right, I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family. The spacious and clean room had all disabled-friendly amenities. The first-class hotel and bar provided a superb continental breakfast. The friendly and efficient staff, especially Ines, accommodated us in a fabulous room with a separate area and a comfy sofa bed. The central location and comfortable beds made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We got two complementary drinks at check-in, which was a nice surprise. the location was ideal, with plenty of shops and bars within walking distance. the bed was comfortable and provided a good night's rest.

The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. We had to repeatedly ask for food to be replenished, and the hot upgrade was more like paying for what you wanted from the menu.

We definitely got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was lively and had a lovely view of the square. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was clean. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Mia who went above and beyond to cater to our needs. They even helped us with an extra night's stay in the same room when we decided to extend our trip. The air conditioning system was a lifesaver in the warm weather. It was my birthday and they made it extra special by arranging balloons in the room.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better would be a wider menu selection, with options like cereals and toast in addition to the lovely breakfast they already provided.
