I recently stayed at Toby Carvery Strathclyde for a weekend getaway and it was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a surprisingly comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was excellent, with a theme park just a 5-minute walk away and a beautiful lake nearby for BBQs. The complimentary continental breakfast was a nice bonus and overall, I had a great time at this hotel. I will definitely be visiting again.

Lovely Stay

I recently had a great stay at this hotel just off the motorway in Strathclyde country park. The location was perfect for me as it was right at a main busy road, making it convenient for getting around. Despite the noise outside, the rooms were surprisingly quiet, thanks to the excellent soundproofing. The basic amenities were all there, with a good shower in the room, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome, even getting some late-night food for me as I arrived after the kitchen had closed. The breakfast options were excellent, with a continental selection included and the option to add on a cooked breakfast for just a little extra. this hotel provided great value for money with its reasonable prices, attention to detail, and convenient location.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby park and surroundings. the staff were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a great sofa to relax on after a long day of exploring. the restaurant was also excellent with a wide range of delicious food on offer.

The internet connection was poor and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected while away from home. the soap dispensers in the room were broken and difficult to use.

As youngsters, we loved the modern and comfortable rooms, spotless and well-maintained by the housekeeping staff. The shower had great pressure and the continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel is in an ideal location for various excursions.

The hotel is situated on the edge of Strathclyde Country Park, allowing for a pleasant stroll in the morning or evening. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The restaurant offers a delicious carvery, perfect for satisfying your hunger. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The hotel is located right next to the restaurant extractor fan outlet, which can be quite noisy at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel is located near a busy roundabout and motorway, but surprisingly, it was very peaceful and quiet. The tea and coffee in the room were refilled daily, and the shower was powerful, making for a refreshing experience. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would give it a 4-star rating.

The Innkeepers Lodge was a perfect stopover on our journey back from Wales to the Scottish Highlands. It was conveniently located near the motorway but still peaceful and quiet. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and a great shower. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome. The Toby Carvery nearby made for a delicious evening meal, and the continental breakfast provided was just right. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip south.

Warm and welcoming

I arrived at Toby Carvery Strathclyde on a snowy night and ended up staying for a few days. The double bed and sofa bed in our room were perfect for my family, and the heating kept us warm throughout the snowy days. The included continental breakfast was a great value, and the option to upgrade to a cooked breakfast was delicious and worth the small additional cost. The staff, especially Carol and Laura-Jane, made us feel so welcome and took care of us. Despite the snowstorm, I would gladly stay here again. Very highly recommended.

This hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The location, set in a beautiful country park, was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Breakfast delights, it would have been even better with an extra armchair in the room.
