We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Rugby. The rooms were beautiful, light, and airy. We stayed in the family room the first night and then moved to a double, and both were lovely. The hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, especially our waitress Jennifer who was exceedingly helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near a really nice pub and a coffee shop, making it easy to grab a drink or a bite to eat. Breakfast was amazing, and we also had dinner here a few times, which was delicious. our experience at this hotel was wonderful and we can't wait to come back.

We had a lovely stay at The Dun Cow By Innkeeper'S Collection. The recently refurbished room was comfortable with nice linen and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was updated and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and the restaurant food was excellent. Despite a few hiccups with service, the manager was very apologetic and made up for it with a bottle of wine and complimentary starters. The location was also nice in the centre of the village. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds and large flat-screen TVs. The bathrooms are spacious, featuring his and hers sinks and a double walk-in shower. The service is friendly and attentive, with the table service being especially commendable. The breakfast served here is excellent, with a good selection of options to choose from.

Some of the junior staff might require additional training in terms of food presentation and delivery.

I had a really pleasant stay at this inn in the center of a charming village. The restaurant, which is separate from the pub, offers amazing food at a great price. The staff were super friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. The room I stayed in was clean and well-decorated, with a comfy bed, blackout curtains, and a large TV. Despite the busy road junction nearby, the room was surprisingly quiet. a lovely experience.

Great food and friendly staff! the room was spotless and had modern furnishings, making it a comfortable stay. the shower was a particular highlight, boasting excellent pressure. the restaurant had a tasty dinner menu at a reasonable price, making it well worth the visit.

Breakfast was basic and could have had more options available, particularly in regards to pastries. We also had difficulty accessing the pub during certain hours due to a lack of signage, which could be improved.

The modern rooms in this historic building had a lovely decor, making for a cozy and comfortable stay. the staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive atmosphere.

The creaky floors in the old building, which could be a bit annoying. the windows were a bit difficult to open and close, although it was manageable.
