The staff were incredibly attentive and provided great service throughout my visit. The basic amenities in the rooms, including the single bed, were more than sufficient for my needs. Plus, the location was perfect - close to Birmingham airport but surprisingly quiet at night. On a sunny day, I enjoyed sitting outside in the garden area by the canal, while listening to the music from the pub below. Lastly, the breakfast exceeded my expectations with outstanding croissants and a cooked option included.

I had a fantastic stay at The King's Arms in Knowle. The location was ideal for my needs, and the food at the restaurant was excellent. The staff handled a busy period with grace and efficiency. Despite a small room, I felt comfortable and safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even brought nutrigrain bars and bowls of cereal and milk to the room for my children before our early departure. the property itself is a beautiful old building that has been renovated with modern touches, making it look fantastic. the location is also very convenient, being next to a canal and just a short drive from the NEC. the breakfast and morning staff were also amazing, making for a memorable stay overall.
