We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a pathway direct to the beach which didn't disappoint. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area overlooking the Firth, providing stunning views. The room we stayed in, the Culloden room, was lovely and spacious, with a massive bathroom. The service was outstanding, as the owners and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection to choose from. We especially enjoyed the recommendation for a superb restaurant nearby.

There was no lift in the property which made it difficult for my elderly mother with mobility issues to use the stairs.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and served in a bright room with a view of the water. The hotel was immaculate and beautifully renovated, with a cozy bar and spacious lounge. We loved the location, with easy access to the beach and stunning sea views. The host's recommendations for local restaurants were also appreciated. We are already planning to return with friends and family in the future.

the location was absolutely perfect - right on the beach with a stunning view of the Moray Firth. It was so nice to wake up and have direct access to the beach for morning walks. Secondly, the service and staff were exceptional. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They were also very accommodating, providing us with extra amenities for our teenage children, including beds and extension cables. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and served in a dining area with an amazing view of the water. The attention to detail and quality of fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel were also noteworthy.

We were delighted to stumble upon Invernairne during our coastal getaway. The charming Ben Wyvis room offered breathtaking views of the Moray Firth, providing a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The buffet breakfast was of high quality, and the spacious and welcoming breakfast room added to the experience. The trust bar with its wide selection of beverages, including half bottles of wine, was a unique touch. The owners' passion for the guesthouse was evident, making our stay at Invernairne truly special. I highly recommend this hidden gem.

Had a nice Easter break in this hotel with some friends. the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great perks. the location was central to many attractions and dining options, making it easy to explore the area on foot. Plus, the hotel had a lovely garden where we could sit and relax in the sunshine.

The room we were assigned was not up to our expectations. the mattress was very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Charming seaside hotel overlooking a stunning beach with unique red sandstone rock pools. Close enough to walk to restaurants. Beautiful garden leading down to the beach. Warm welcome and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast.

We had an outstanding breakfast at Invernairne. the variety of options was impressive and the food was delicious. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful garden, complete with a swing, a rose garden firepit, and even a mini golf course. the bar at the property was fantastic, offering a great range of drinks at reasonable prices. We also appreciated the free coffee machine and the availability of binoculars. the hospitality we received was top-notch, with a warm welcome and excellent service. We were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back.
