The database provided was incredibly comprehensive, with a wide range of information easily accessible. the room with 3 beds was in excellent condition, complete with a beautiful view. The shared bathroom was kept clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. Cons: the only minor drawback I found was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room with 3 beds was a bit weak at times.

The rooms were spacious and cozy, perfect for all of us to relax after a long day of exploring Brighton. the entertainment options for families were top-notch, keeping the kids entertained for hours.

My wife says that a children’s play area would've enhanced the family experience.

we just stayed the one night to attend a graduation. tatiana greeted us on arrival at relax inn guest house and was friendly, helpful and efficient. our room was clean, nice soft bed linen and absolutely fine for our one night stay. although quite centrally located, the street was fairly quiet and we got a good night's sleep. there was a wash basin in the room, the bathroom was shared and was extremely clean. overall a pleasant stay. great friendly accommodating staff, booked last minute absolutely fair value we knew we wouldn’t spend much time in the room so price was the main focal point. the relax inn is at a perfect spot in kemp town. just yards away from bars, cafés and restaurants. it's also only a couple of minutes walk to the beach! the staff were attentive and professional and always willing to help. it was a really great place and a really good deal!

The TV had limited working channels with static, but it wasn't a big issue as we didn't watch much.

Staff gave me direction on my first visit. Free Wi-Fi, laundry, TV, kettle, VIP service, beach access. No smoking, pets. Perfect for me. Coming back for Xmas! .

While the hotel had noisy rooms, uncomfortable check-in experience, and issues with cleanliness, the staff was friendly, the area charming. Unfortunately, the property fell short of expectations, with disruptive noise, lack of amenities, and poor communication. not recommended for future stays.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the room was spotless, thanks to the diligent housekeeping staff who made sure everything was clean and tidy every day. the location was fantastic, with the beach just a stone's throw away and plenty of great dining options within walking distance. the proximity to the vibrant North Laine area was a definite bonus, offering a variety of trendy cafes and shops to explore.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of minor issues that could be improved upon. the walls and ceiling were not soundproof, allowing for some noise from neighboring rooms to filter through.

I found the hotel to be very close to everything: just a short 5, minute walk to the beautiful beach, surrounded by great eateries within a 10, minute stroll. the cleanliness level was impressive, from the lovely room to the excellent bathroom facilities. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a quick and easy check, in and checkout process. Despite being budget, friendly, the hotel offered good value, especially considering its prime location near the beach.
