The staff was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Additionally, Rye is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and seafronts.

One minor drawback was that our room did not have an en-suite bathroom, but the private bathroom across the hall was beautifully decorated. Additionally, some of the stairs to the upper floors could pose a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

I recently stayed at Jeakes House in Rye for a weekend getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the charming and welcoming owners. The historical building was beautifully furnished and our King Room with a 4 poster bed was superb. We enjoyed a delicious and extensive breakfast served in a charming dining room. The central location made it easy to explore the nearby sights on foot, and the views of Mermaid Street from our room were breathtaking.

I had the most amazing stay at this charming B&B in a historic location. The hosts were beyond friendly and made me feel right at home. The building itself was beautiful and filled with interesting history. The breakfast options were incredible, and I particularly enjoyed trying the Rye Rarebit. The central location made it easy to explore the town and enjoy all it had to offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.

My room had exclusive advantages, with tasteful decorations and a comfortable bed. the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks, and there were special diet menus available upon request. the location was great, with charming pubs and restaurants nearby.

My only minor issue was with the size of the staircase, which could be tricky to navigate for some guests. this is understandable as the hotel is a historical and stylish venue that has been beautifully restored.
