The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The rooms were beautifully turned out, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities such as heating, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen TVs. The staff here were absolutely amazing, making good jokes and providing top-notch customer service. They were incredibly helpful over the phone and ensured that our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. We also appreciated the on-site car park and the Wi-Fi provided, which made our stay even more convenient.

The location near Bluewater shopping centre was a huge plus. The large bedroom, modern bathroom, and comfortable bed made our stay enjoyable. The attentive host took care of our needs, offering to adjust the heating temperature when we were chilly. The well-equipped bathroom had more than just travel-size toiletries, with extras like a shaver, shaving cream, and even shoe polish. The bedroom had a tray with a kettle, cups, biscuits, and plenty of black teas and hot chocolate. it was a great stay and we would definitely choose this place again.

Alan, the manager, greeted me warmly at this well-decorated and clean guest house. The room was comfortable and quiet, despite facing a busy road. The breakfast room had fresh flowers and a variety of fresh fruit. The staff catered to special dietary needs, and the garden was a pleasant place to relax.

Second stay at this hotel, so returning is recommendation in itself. Very clean but not spotless. Good standard of furnishings. Free parking. Close proximity to a really good pub to eat and drink in the evening. Clean and comfortable. Spacious family room with comfortable beds and pillows. Good glazing, so traffic noise was not noticeable. Large flat screen TV, writing desk and chair, armchair, and a large marble fireplace added character to the room. Plenty of tea, coffee, and milk cartons provided. Stylish en suite with plenty of good towels and toiletries. Powerful shower. Various nearby takeaway and eateries. Friendly staff. Manager Alan was extremely helpful and gave advice on local eateries. Delicious cooked-to-order full English breakfast.

jessamine house in gravesend was a gem! after a bad airbnb, we were lucky to find this beautiful b&b. clean rooms, free parking & amazing breakfast. the staff went above & beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday special with balloons & a card. highly recommend this kid-free hotel for a romantic getaway.

I recently had my second stay at this hotel and it was just as good as the first. the cleanliness was very good overall, although I did find a stray teaspoon under the bed. the furnishings were of a good standard and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Free parking was a great perk, but the highlight of the hotel is definitely its proximity to a fantastic pub called Ye Olde Leather Bottle. It's the perfect place to grab a drink and a meal in the evening, although it's worth noting that they don't serve food on Sunday nights. a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff and a great pub nearby.

We, as party people, absolutely loved the stylish decor and delightful chandeliers in the rooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and despite facing a busy road, our room was surprisingly quiet. The attention to detail in the breakfast room, such as fresh flowers and a wide selection of fresh fruit, impressed us. The breakfast itself was excellent, with a great variety to choose from. The manager, Alan, went above and beyond to ensure all guests were well cared for, even accommodating special dietary needs, like providing gluten-free muesli. The garden at the back of the guest house was a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful weather. we highly recommend this guest house for its comfort, excellent service, and affordable cost.
