La chambre était calme malgré la proximité de l'autoroute, ce qui m'a permis de bien me reposer. De plus, la propreté de la chambre était impeccable et elle offrait suffisamment d'espace pour moi et ma famille. Les lits superposés étaient parfaits pour mes ados et ils ont adoré ça. De plus, le linge de toilette fourni était en quantité suffisante.

The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the center of everything you want to enjoy. It was close to Knightsbridge tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The room had a lovely decor, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The concierge even arranged appointments and assisted with lost belongings, showing exceptional care and attention to detail. the hotel provided a comfortable and convenient stay.

There was a disappointing aspect regarding the swimming pool. The Jacuzzi was not working, which was a letdown for those looking forward to a relaxing soak.

The Christmas decorations in the lobby were really nice and festive. The room had a great view of the city and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient for walking around and exploring the city.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. We had issues with our reservation and they were not willing to work with us to find a solution.

Convenient WhatsApp system, spotless classy rooms, delightful and efficient breakfast staff, pool and spa are great, solid luxury hotel.

The staff were exceptional, upgrading our room and providing personal touches like teddy bears and cookies. The location is perfect for shopping. The reception area has a fantastic ambience. The facilities are very good.
