The location of the lodge was perfect, being close to other charming villages and only a short drive away from entertainment and restaurants. The lodge itself was very clean, well-presented, and decorated nicely. The facilities provided in the lodge were plentiful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The bed in the lodge was very uncomfortable, causing us to sleep on top of the duvet to avoid the springs. there was a slight leak in the toilet when flushed, and we were only provided with half a toilet roll and no kitchen roll.

The lodge itself was stunning, with beautiful decor and spacious rooms. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was clean and equipped with modern facilities. The location next to a small lake added to the peaceful atmosphere and provided a lovely view, especially in the morning while sipping our coffee. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations, serving generous portions of delicious food, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable, as if it had been folded in half and worn out.

Some minor inconveniences were encountered during the stay. The speakers in the lodge didn't work, and there was no manual for connecting them to a Bluetooth device.
