Good location. The parking was free, I was concerned I might need to pay for it, but it wasn't necessary. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the hair dryer, but it was resolved quickly by the friendly staff member who brought a new one to our room. a lovely stay.

Great location for conferences, short walking distance. Comfortable beds and pillows, no noise disturbance from outside despite surrounding area. Decorated with smart and lovely areas, bar is great. Polite and professional staff who handle busy nights well and with a smile. Tasty food and good value for money.

our stay at the leonardo royal hotel was exceptional. it far surpassed our previous stays in birmingham. the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and ideal location near the barclay card arena made our trip truly enjoyable. highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a prime location, close to the vibrant nightlife and the lively Xmas Market. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean, with plenty of toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was constantly being refilled. I also appreciated the blackout curtains, which ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel provided great facilities and advantages for a comfortable stay.

I did experience a slight inconvenience due to the extensive roadworks in the immediate area, making it a bit difficult to locate the hotel.

As bike riders, we loved the perfect location in the heart of Birmingham, just a short 10-minute walk from New Street and the Bullring shopping district. The lobby, rooms, and gym were all amazing, and we were pleasantly surprised by a free room upgrade upon arrival. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Not to mention, the complimentary drinks for my birthday were a lovely touch. The breakfast area was well laid out, and we had a delightful meal at The Kitchen restaurant, with the staff Martyna, Hannah, and Antonio providing exceptional service.

The hotel’s location was great, situated in the middle of many bars, restaurants, and shops. It was also easy to find from the train station and located next to a metro stop, providing convenient transportation options. The breakfast buffet had some hot food options that were enjoyable, such as the hot baps and the good selection of teas.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. There were long queues at check-in and check-out, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed.

We stayed at this hotel during Easter and we were impressed by the complementary breakfast and free parking. the hotel was located in a great spot, close to the city center and easy to access. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and how clean the rooms were kept.

Our experience was tarnished by a series of mishaps. When we finally got to our room, we found rusty fixtures in the bathroom, old mattresses that were uncomfortable, and a wobbly toilet.
