We recently stayed at Leonardo Hotel East Midlands Airport for one night before our flight. The check-in process was smooth and the room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, which provided ample space for our family of three. The bar area had a nice atmosphere, and the food served there was delicious. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk from the airport terminal buildings. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when one of them kindly assisted us with our luggage. The pre-booked parking in the hotel's car park was convenient and hassle-free. we had a pleasant stay at Jurys Inn and would recommend it to others.

I recently stayed at the hotel for one night before my early morning flight from East Midlands airport. The package I booked included an overnight stay and 8 nights of parking, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, I was welcomed warmly at the reception and directed to my spacious and tastefully decorated room. The bed was comfortable and the amenities, including tea and coffee making facilities, were great. I had dinner at the restaurant and the food was piping hot and delicious. Despite a small hiccup with the room allocation, the staff were helpful and quickly moved me to a different room. The hotel's location, just a 7-minute walk from the departures terminal, was ideal. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

Great Location: the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the airport, making it ideal for those who have an early or late flight. It saved us a lot of time and hassle.

We had to return our meals to the kitchen not once, but twice, due to their awful taste. Even the gentleman sitting next to us had to send his meal back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience at this hotel. The night Porter was welcoming and directed us to our room. The lady, Dawn, in the dining room for breakfast was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay better. The hotel is conveniently within walking distance of the airport.

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the airport. The accommodation is of great quality, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff is also very nice and efficient. One advantage of the hotel is its proximity to the restaurant for an evening meal. Another advantage is the easy access to the airport, with buses available to visit different towns.

The breakfast options are lacking, with only black coffee and tea available.

We loved staying here! The location is ideal, being right on the airport, and near to the Donington racetrack. The service is top-notch too, with 24-hour room service, laundry service, and amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a terrace. The staff were all very friendly, and we particularly had a great experience with a male staff member who really went above and beyond for us.

The hotel had plenty of complementary water bottles, and the shampoo and shower gel were in refillable containers. the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient – it was very close to the airport and easy to find. I really enjoyed the quality of the food provided in the restaurant.

The cost of the hotel was quite high. I paid more than I would have liked, given the location of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Leonardo Hotel East Midlands Airport. The events team went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely amazing. They showered us with thoughtful personal touches, like flowers, chocolates, and even Mrs and Mrs Toothbrushes upon arrival. They didn't forget our little one either, as they provided her with special pens, a book, and sweets. The staff were so kind and accommodating throughout our entire stay. The facilities were top-notch, and the parking was validated for our guests. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
