We absolutely loved the amazing staff and their above-and-beyond service. The pool was closed on our first night, but we were compensated with a free drink. Stayed over for Thanksgiving weekend which was one of the most relaxing stays we've had! There were two complimentary events throughout the stay which were enjoyable. The location was perfect as we were able to explore the nearby town, and there were plenty of dining options in the area. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Some order and staffing issues caused some problems, especially when at breakfast where we had to queue. There was also a delay in serving our evening meal because of the lack of staff.
