I was also pleased to find that the hotel provided a wide range of services, such as room service, laundry, and dry cleaning. The staff were welcoming and always ready to assist with any requests I had. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation links.

We absolutely loved the amazing staff and their above-and-beyond service. The pool was closed on our first night, but we were compensated with a free drink. Stayed over for Thanksgiving weekend which was one of the most relaxing stays we've had! There were two complimentary events throughout the stay which were enjoyable. the location was perfect as we were able to explore the nearby town, and there were plenty of dining options in the area. the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

Some order and staffing issues caused some problems, especially when at breakfast where we had to queue. There was also a delay in serving our evening meal because of the lack of staff.

The swimming pool, steam room, and sauna were a great way to unwind and relax during the xmas break. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area. Another advantage was the attentive staff who were always ready to assist.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. the carpets and bedding had noticeable stains, and even after requesting a room change, the cleanliness did not improve.
