I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Nottingham for a last-minute visit. The receptionist who welcomed me was compassionate, caring, and very friendly, making me feel truly valued. The room had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. Despite a late breakfast, there was a full selection of fresh and delicious food. The hotel's location made it easy to walk into town. my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

As youngsters, we loved the friendly reception staff who provided excellent customer service. They went above and beyond to help us when I lost my earring, even though it couldn't be found. The location was great and the building was well-maintained. The complimentary Costa vouchers were a nice bonus.

The hotel is in a convenient location, close to Nottingham city centre and the popular attractions such as The Castle and the Oldest Pub in England. It is also in close proximity to Nottingham station, making it easily accessible. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a nice view in some corner rooms. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The restaurant offers a good meal, with complimentary drink vouchers. it's a good quality hotel at a reasonable price.

The room could benefit from better cleanliness, particularly the carpeting, and the bathroom could use improvements such as replacing old towels and providing bottled water.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the train station and on the canal which was breathtaking during the summer. I appreciated the many services available including 24-hour room service and the staff who provided the highest level of customer service catered to all my requests. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities such as tea and coffee facilities and free toiletries.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends without hesitation!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a quick overnight trip. The location by the train station was perfect for catching an early morning train, and it was also a comfortable distance from the concert hall where I had an event to attend. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a good view from the window. The staff was helpful, especially when I had a small issue with my key. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, although I missed having mushrooms. a great stay.

Compared to the Jurys Inn, this hotel is a real deal. Despite some minor decor issues, it's a modern hotel with great facilities. The location is convenient, just a ten-minute walk from the city center. I'll recommend this hotel.
