We had a surprisingly good stay at this hostel. The housekeeper was lovely and helped connect guests by inviting them to join for dinner and drinks. The accommodation was very clean, including the bathroom and bed. The hostel provided everything we needed, including self-service amenities and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. This hostel is located in a smart, affluent area close to the city centre, making it convenient for getting taxis or public transport. We also enjoyed being close to some great eateries.

just sleep was a cozy and welcoming hostel, surpassing my previous experience in edinburgh. the friendly staff made me feel at home, and the clean and safe environment made me feel at ease. the convenient location and affordable transportation options added to the overall positive experience.

One minor inconvenience was the lack of a kitchen facility, but it was clearly communicated beforehand so it wasn't a major issue.

The location is ideal, being close to both the beach and the city center, making it convenient for exploring and enjoying the best of the surroundings. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with warm bedding and fresh-smelling sheets. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially when it comes to special requests or health concerns. The bathrooms are well-maintained and the showers are exceptionally clean. the vending machine is a nice touch, providing familiar snacks like Indomie for those with specific dietary preferences.

One downside is the lack of storage space and small lockers, which can be an issue for longer stays.

As a young woman traveling alone, we felt safe and secure in this hostel. The location was ideal, with a bus stop within walking distance, making transportation to the city centre a breeze.

The best aspects of my stay were the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The hostel was spotless, from the bathroom to the beds, everything was well-maintained. The staff, especially the owners James and his wife, went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The lady who looked after the place on weekends, Louise, was also friendly and made everyone feel welcome. Additionally, the location was perfect. Situated in a smart affluent area close to the beach, it was a short distance from the city centre and was easily accessible by public transportation.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a health problem with my legs, and the staff at Just Sleep Hostel went above and beyond to accommodate my needs by securing a lower bunk bed for me. Additionally, the vending machine providing Indomie was a lifesaver for my Asian stomach in the morning. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable pillow made for a pleasant stay overall. Despite the small size of the room, the well-organized system, ample showers, and convenient amenities such as individual lamps and plugs next to the beds made my experience comfortable. The friendly atmosphere and easy access to the kitchen and common areas were also a plus. I would recommend Just Sleep Hostel for its value for money and the positive experiences of the other guests.

While Just Sleep Hostel provided a comfortable stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The check-in process was delayed due to prior guests not leaving on time, resulting in some wait time for us.

Just Sleep is doing a great job in terms of helping students and workers with accommodation. The staff was friendly and the room was as advertised. The early morning cleaning ensured that the bathroom was always in order. Though the room was small for a 9 bed, it was expected when we booked. The flexibility in arrival time was a plus, and the bathroom was well ventilated. The bunk bed mattresses were comfortable and had sufficient length. Each bed had two outlets and two USB connectors. James, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay. The communal area was well-stocked and the beds exceeded expectations. The availability of lockers provided peace of mind about the security of belongings.
