Tiffany, the reservations manager, was incredibly helpful and provided all the information we needed before our arrival. the location is perfect, with easy access to the local high street shops, supermarket, and train station. the apartment itself was spacious, modern, and stylish, with great views and spotless cleanliness. the staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. We would definitely consider staying again!

Great location! We loved how centrally located the apartments were, with a taxi rank and bus stop right outside. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including restaurants and a supermarket. The room had all the necessary amenities, plus some nice extras like a hairdryer and chilled water in the fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat. The local attractions were impressive and the central location was convenient for traveling around to see the sights. the room was modernly decorated and roomy with amazing views. the cafe below the hotel was a great place to grab a coffee and a delicious treat.

Calling ahead to arrange check-in took a long time to get a response. the room was cold and took hours to heat up.

The room was small, but the bed was extra large and comfortable. The shower was powerful, although we struggled to find the right temperature. Despite the small size, the room was clean and modern with stylish decor. The WiFi was reliable and the staff were very helpful, especially Tiffiny who greeted us upon arrival. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Having recently stayed at Kelpies Serviced Apartments, I couldn't have asked for a better location. Right in the center of town, everything was within easy reach. The taxi rank and bus stop were right outside, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. I loved having a supermarket with an ATM just a short stroll away. Kelpies Serviced Apartments will always be my first choice when visiting this area. I highly recommend it.

I had an excellent stay at Kelpies Serviced. the location was perfect, right in the heart of Falkirk with easy access to the main road system for exploring the area. the train station was just down the road, making it convenient for a day trip to Edinburgh. the room was spacious and modern, with fantastic views of the old Kirk. I also loved the cafe called the Nook below the apartments, a great spot for coffee and pastries in the morning and indulging in cakes in the afternoon. the staff, especially Tiffiny, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely choose Kelpies Serviced for my future visits to Falkirk.
