I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and provided helpful information about nearby restaurants. They were also very kind to my little girl, which made us feel very welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. I appreciate that the hotel has stairs, which gave me a good workout. The location in the West End of Glasgow is fantastic, as it is near the botanical Gardens and right on the subway line.

I gotta say, the Kelvin Hotel West End was such a great value for money! The room was cozy and clean, and the location was fantastic. The staff, especially Daisy, Michael, Billy, and Madeira, were super helpful and friendly during our unexpected long stay when a family member got hospitalized. They truly became our friends!

The breakfast option could've been better with warmer sausages and bacon and not-so-cold scrambled eggs. But overall, everything else at the hotel was top-notch!
