Booked last minute for a 3-night stay to celebrate our daughter's graduation. The spacious apartment was well-equipped, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The location in Jesmond was perfect, with the town centre and Osbourne Road nearby. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and there was free parking available. The kitchen had essentials and breakfast supplies provided, which was a nice bonus. a great stay and we will definitely use this hotel again.

The apartment at Kensington House was a luxurious home away from home. Clean and with all the facilities I needed, it provided a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location was great, with easy access to the metro station.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family/students nearby. The hotel is directly opposite a Metro station which made it incredibly convenient for getting around. The service provided by the staff was excellent, as they were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. They even guided us around the area and recommended some great places to visit. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and free Wi-Fi. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave and cookware, which was a bonus for us. All in all, we had a fantastic experience here and would highly recommend it to friends.

second stay at kensington house, felt like home, excellent housekeeping, helpful staff

We stayed for one night and found the bed the most comfortable we have ever slept in The facilities were excellent and the whole apartment so stylish. The reception staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. It was great to be able to park outside the apartment, and it was only a ten minute walk to Northumbria Uni where both our children are studying. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus and we know that this would be our first choice when staying in Newcastle again.

This hotel is in a great location, with the city centre just a short distance away. It's also within walking distance of Jesmond, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants to enjoy. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the kitchen facilities, which had everything necessary to cook and eat. The beds were comfy and the noise level was minimal, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

The seating in the rooms could be a bit limited, especially when there are four people staying. The settee and one chair meant that three people had to squeeze onto the settee, which wasn't ideal.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was situated in a nice area and was conveniently located near the pretty Jesmond neighborhood. The free private parking outside was a great perk, and being just over the road from Jesmond Metro station made it easy for us to explore the city and coastline. The transportation options were fantastic, especially with the nearby highway to Durham. the location was perfect for our needs.

The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the city skyline. it was a wonderful experience with fantastic facilities and advantages.

There was some noise disturbance on one night due to rowdy guests trying to access the back door.
