I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from Kensington parks and palace. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They were the most courteous staff I've ever encountered during my trips to the capital. The room was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. I also appreciated the tea making facilities and the option to open the balcony windows for fresh air. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in that location.
